I’ve lived for 22 years, throughout those years… I’ve always had questions.. I’ve always tried to find out how the world should be, how to make it a better world.

I don’t like to judge in advance, I like to believe in people…

I’m a person who likes to analyze everything, and likes to think of better ways of doing things… I enjoy of finding problems and to imagine solutions…

I’m someone who likes  to learn new things, and to try everything… I believe the world is full of incredible things to offer…

I believe I’m full of possibilities and I think there is much to know about myself.

I’m naive.

All of the previous statements describe me, but they don’t answer an important question… who am I?

I think today I started to answer that question…

I’m Eduardo Díaz, a little kid who is anxious to go out and meet the world, who wants to be everything in life, who wants to change the world…

That’s me… and now that I know I’m ready to grow up and start thinking about the real important question..

WHAT TO DO WITH THE LIFE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME?

I don’t believe it’s going to be a a short or easy journey… but it is a journey I have to make… and I hope I won’t forget who I am, I hope I can still carry on with my ideals… I can just promise I’ll do my best…

Last year was a great year, at least for me… It is true that the world is in a terrible situation and that certainly affected me, but that’s not what I’ll remember the most about this year. What I will remember are those simple moments with friends, those moments of great effort that bring a big failure or achievement after them, all those moments are what give me strength and interest in keeping on… And I had a lot of those moments in 2009.

I’m going to share with you what I think was the best in my 2009.

• Trip to Canada (Lots of new friends)
• Won IPN Software Award
• Wrote Simple ARM Simulator
• Played Assassin’s Creed II and Prototype
• Found out I still like making music
• Confirmed that I have some great friends

Of course… there are some bad things:

• More confused about what to do with my life
• Not sure I’ll ever grow up..

So… based on that here are my new year resolutions for 2010:

• Travel somewhere (I really enjoy travelling)
• Find out what to do with my life (like that’s ever going to happen)
• Think about me and my life at least 10 min each day
• Learn a new language (at least get to a basic understanding)
• Play guitar at least 10 min per day.

I think that’s difficult and good enough for me…
